Managing director James Hall has over 25 years of extensive hands-on experience in the concrete construction, formwork, civil construction and earthwork fields. He leads a team of skilled Field Supervisors, Site Foreman as well as dedicated construction workers and plant operators

We currently employ around 45 of the best skilled trades people, ranging from concreters, carpenters, fully licensed machine operators to an on-site Estimator. We also offer the use of an in-house engineering service.

Site Foreman

Much like running a company, a Project Manager is in charge of supervising the business aspects of a construction project. This involves communication with the builder and architect. Site Foremen also enforce safety and quality control policies among HCG employees.

Field Supervisors

Field Supervisors oversee all field operations to ensure that work is in compliance with contract documents and on schedule. Qualifications include carpentry or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years commercial construction experience.

HCG are EBA and Code Compliant with a large range of equipment on hand, varying from 4 excavators ranging from 3 ton to 21 ton, a team of 6 fleet vehicles, bobcats, tip trucks and a large supply of on-site equipment and form work.
